Questions

Beta details

Is the beta license permanent?

Yes. It unlocks Luxium v1 permanently and includes the final v1 release plus all 1.x updates.

How long will the 75% beta discount last?

There is no guaranteed end date. The beta price is a special promotion for early musicians who want to explore Luxium and help shape v1. The price will rise as the instrument matures and may return to the $179 regular price at any time.

How do I submit beta feedback or report an issue?

You can report bugs, submit DAW diagnostics and crash logs, upload audio snippets or presets, and track resolutions with our engineering team at the Uniphonic Support & Beta Feedback Desk.

What does my beta feedback influence?

Tell us what helps or slows down your sound design, which patches and workflows you want, how Luxium behaves in your DAW, and where the instrument should go next. That feedback will help prioritize refinements and future capabilities while v1 is still taking shape.

Can Luxium process a guitar or other external audio?

Yes. External audio can enter the voice mixer and the reorderable effects chain, including stomp models, wah, compression, EQ, Fat, delay, modulation, ten modeled amplifier circuits, ten cabinets, continuous microphone placement, and LushVerb.

Does Luxium need an internet connection?

No. Luxium verifies its signed license locally and does not phone home.

Can the sale change while I am checking out?

Your Stripe checkout quote keeps the displayed price for 30 minutes, even if the public offer changes after checkout opens.
